Sued For Leaving Neutral Feedback On Ebay

You might want to think twice before leaving any feedback on eBay. A Seattle man was sued for $10,000 for leaving a neutral feedback. Yup, that’s not even a negative one. Steve Shellhorn said that he was buying some Morgan silver coins off ebay from a buyer in North Carolina. He said that the packaging was awful so he felt that the transaction was more of neutral one.

The coins were hanging out of the envelope, loose, with no packing whatsoever around them

Even though the suit was later tossed out by court, Mr. Steve has already lost $500 to pay a local attorney. Yes people, this kind of thing only happens on America.
